We'll create a personalised plan that fits just right for you. Whether you need a few sessions to tackle a specific issue or ongoing weekly support, we'll tailor our approach to meet your unique needs.

In the initial session, we'll delve into understanding you better and collaboratively explore the objectives you aim to achieve through therapy. Whether it's cultivating healthier relationships, enhancing emotional management skills, or recognising patterns that contribute to feelings of stagnation in our lives.

We’ll begin right where you are. We'll chat about what brought you here and what's been going on in your life lately and how it's been affecting you. This will give me a good starting point to understand you better.

Since our past experiences and relationships shape how we perceive and react to the world, I may ask about your family background, upbringing, relationships, and any significant life events. Getting to know you within the context of your entire life is important. As we move forward, we'll delve deeper into the emotions and experiences that are causing distress, exploring their origins and significance.
