    These wellness sessions are ideal for individuals seeking occasional support or a compassionate listener for specific challenges they may be facing. Whether you're navigating a moment of crisis, seeking support on a pressing issue, or simply need someone to talk to, my self-care sessions offer tailored support and validation.

    It's important to note that while these sessions provide valuable support, they are not intended to replace ongoing therapy for individuals requiring more comprehensive therapy.

    They serve as a flexible and accessible option for those who may not require or be ready for regular therapy but still value professional support during difficult times.

  • I offer Check-in sessions for clients who have completed therapy and would like to continue periodic sessions to maintain progress and receive ongoing support.

Focused Outcome

Tailored for short-term therapy, often comprising around 15 sessions, perfect for clients aiming to address specific issues within a focused and condensed timeframe. Here are some examples of what you can address with short-term therapy:

  • If you're seeking assistance in promptly identifying and working towards specific goals, and have clear objectives you want to achieve.

    For instance, you can address work-related or situational stress, prepare for major life events like starting a family, retiring, or going through a divorce, or navigate transitions such as relocation or career changes. You can also utilise this time to tackle specific issues within your personal relationships.

    These are just a few examples—Focused Outcome Sessions can offer focused support if you have a specific goal you want to achieve in a short timeframe.

    *Just a heads-up, short-term therapy has its limits. If we find during our sessions that there are deeper layers to explore, we can discuss where to go from there, if you're interested in diving deeper.

    If during our sessions it appears that there are deeper layers to explore, we will discuss the best way forward. My aim is to provide you with the most effective support, whether that means continuing with short-term therapy or considering a longer-term approach.

    If your challenges involve chronic conditions, ongoing mental health concerns, or require a more in-depth therapeutic approach, we may need to consider other therapeutic options to ensure comprehensive support and lasting change.

Fees

For new clients, the first session will be an assessment and goal-setting session, where we will take more time to understand your needs and establish a plan for your therapy journey. From then onwards, we will have regular individual sessions based on the therapy plan.

  • The First session is 80 € per 80-mins session.

  • Individual Therapy Sessions are 65 € per 50 min Session.

  • Self-Care Support Sessions are 80 € per 80 min Session.
