About 

I'm Alexandra, a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor. In my early thirties, I took a chance and went back to study, pursuing a new career in search of happiness, not knowing how much it would shift my life. Now, in my late thirties, I'm deeply grateful for this journey.

Many people feel lost, trying to figure out who they truly are, with anxiety accompanying them in varying degrees. Those days when things go wrong, they often blame themselves or think they were simply unlucky.

Personal therapy can support you to get to know yourself better, nurture your inner relationship, and build and maintain healthier connections with others. It supports to connect with your body, mind, and soul in a way that helps to manage the stress and emotions life brings to all of us. Most importantly, you’ll be in the driver's seat of your life.
