I’m a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, and I truly believe that everyone’s story is unique. I blend insights from different approaches—like psychodynamic, humanistic, relational, and existential therapies and more—to tailor a therapy plan that fits you. My goal is to offer a well-rounded, flexible approach that supports your healing and growth in a way that feels right for you.

I hold a First-Class Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Middlesex University London, in collaboration with PCI College Ireland and a Professional Certification in Group Facilitation from PCI College Ireland. I am a Pre-Accredited Member IACP - a Professional Accrediting Body of Psychotherapy and Counselling in Ireland. I truly believe in ongoing personal and professional growth, and I regularly enhance my skills through further training and certification to best support my clients.
My Services & Fees
I offer online, individual 1 to 1 Psychotherapy & Counselling in English, or German, Austrian. My fees are 65 Euro per 50 Minutes Session.

Please consult your insurance provider to determine if psychotherapy and counselling sessions are covered. I am a qualified and IACP pre-accredited psychotherapist and will provide you with invoices for every session.
